I’ve been in a book club for over 35 years with Jim,and his favorite genre was the mystery novel.I didn’t like them because I could never figure them out.
For me today, the ‘mystery’ will always be why was I so blessed to be friends with a man like Jim? And I still can’t figure it out
I have known Jim for 21+ years. I am honored to call him a good friend and mentor. I learned so much from Jim. I loved his laugh and calmness. He was a true Gentle Man. I will miss him every day. I will miss bringing him samples of my food and bringing fresh tomatoes from my garden. My prayer go out to his family and also those feeling the sadness for the loss of a truely great man.
Jim was loved by many because he was a good, humble and patient man. He had a wonderful laugh and great smile. I will miss him.
I Just learned of Jim's passing when his Birthday notification popped up in my email. I knew Jim for years as part of my recovery support and his famous "song of the day" on Facebook. I have often thought of Jim, his kindness and how many people he helped over the years. My life has been made better by having him in it and for that I am so very grateful,
