I am so sorry to hear about Jim's passing. I had the pleasure of working with him and his Calvac team when I was with the California Apartment Association for about 8 years. He was always such a sweet man and one of my favorites to chat with at the events. My prayers and thoughts are with Jim, his family, friends and Calvac family. He was an absolute gem of a man and will not be forgotten.
