Jim hired me at Crawford Mfg. Company and was an inspirational mentor.  Classic Buckle-ism  "the harder you work, the luckier you get"  Best boss i ever had.  My condolences to the family.  Peter Hatcher

Even though we would exchange cards, Uncle Jim & I used to chat on the phone every Christmas and Birthdays.  His humor and good spirit was always uplifting and he kept me up to date on what the family was doing.  And of course he was pleased to be a nonagenarian.
A good man, a proud father, and a great Uncle.
