From her birth, she was our little Rosebud, a beautiful, budding flower with a little thorn just to keep it interesting How to describe the wonder that was Jadyn Eva Marie Dennis? Tried for so long but can't find the words to do her justice. She was joyful, enthusiastic ,feisty, spontaneous, adventurous, brave, smart, curious, compassionate, and kind. So beautiful inside and out!

So many amazing memories, She was the first kid in line for the beginning of Kindergarten at College Gate Elementary . She was over the moon happy with it all! All the friends she had all her life, Jordan, Persephone,Dani, Jason, and so many more. She loved her teachers, being a college goo, cougar, the huge playground, her first backpack, full of school supplies.everything.
she loved our neighborhood with the park, lake and creek.

Jadyn was truly one of a kind. The kind of person it’s hard to find the words for to even describe or do her the justice the power of a women she was. I got to know her for about 8 years & in that time learned a lot about her & grew a really deep bond w/ her. She was strong, courageous, powerful, BEAUTIFUL, smart, driven, adventurous, kind, thoughtful, talented, musical- I could go on & on

She touched a million different peoples life’s and lived a life so so full of love. Love for everyone, her family, her friends, the world. She was so passionate about the things she stood for- something I strive to be because of her. She had a strong love for the ocean, her dad being a fish man made that love so much stronger for her. He is big wave & she is little wave & together they be

I see her in the waves because that is where she is now, I see her in the sprouts I plant in spring for the summer ahead of us. I see her in the first buds in the trees. She’s the fluffy snow flakes that fall in the winter. And the first morning dew in the summers cold days. And the first rainfall in spring. She is the alpine glow on the mountains before the sun sets over the ocean.

She lived so hard during her time on earth. I think her soul knew her time would be cut short. The way she lived was fast & strong & sometimes extremely spontaneous. That always led to the best stories. I feel so blessed I get to share some of the most spontaneous memories with her, I mean after all they were always her idea. Every time I get a spontaneous idea I know it’s her in my mind

Jadyn was the kind of person that you could talk to for hours and hours. She always had things on her mind and she was easy to talk to. Or sometimes you could just let her play her instruments & be swept away by her music. We would spend all night dancing if we could & staying up way to late because she was so easily persuasive. I could never say no to her & with that the nights lived on

Jadyn was the kind of person you couldn’t and didn’t want to say no too, whether that was a drive out of town, camping, another shot of tequila, star gazing, etc. she always had so much adventure in her ready at any given moment to be unleashed. The back of her 4Runner was pure evidence of exactly that. She had everything needed for any adventure at any given moment back there

There’s funny things that come to mind when I think of Jadyn, like how she had a bad habit of locking her keys in her car. We both did it too many times to count. Got to a point in time were we both knew how to get our cars unlocked. I’ll never forget the time in chitina she locked her keys in her car & some how the 2 of us got her car unlocked in middle of nowhere from our knowledge of it

Jadyn used to eat her food soooo fast it was impressive to say the least. Somehow even if she got her meal last she’d finish first. It would always end in her getting a tummy ache and everytime we would all say maybe you shouldn’t eat so fast! It never stopped her. She continued to eat that fast ever single time. It’s just one of those random things that made up who she is

Jadyn was a skier, I got lucky to hit the mountain with her most years & it was always a great time. Watching eachother fall over, getting a beer at the top together & hanging out at the bottom after a long day of riding before heading back to town. We used to spring ski together a lot it was our favorite time to go together. I loved seeing her ride with just her snow pants & a T-shirt on
