My first memory of Jake is on the bus in 1st grade or so. He wowed us with knowing the longest word in the dictionary, an astounding feat for a 6 year old! Our lives have always been intertwined. I loved Jake's unique perspective, infectious laugh & huge heart. I pray his spirit is at peace. Fly high & free, dear buddy! We love you & will never forget you.

My sincere condolences to Sarah and familiy.  May the support of family and friends be of comfort at this most difficult of times, and may Jacob's memory be a blessing.

Jake I was shocked to learn of your death. You left this mortal coil much too young. Just please know that you were loved by many. Although I didn't know you as well as I could have I'll never forget you. You somehow found a way into my heart. Fly free now as high as you can go.. on the wings of an angel.
