Rhonda and Entire Family,
We are speechless and saddened.  I can still see Jacob dancing up a storm at Brent's wedding and the happiness he felt that day.  Our hearts are truly aching for you and your entire family and pray for healing. His fiance "Lulu" lives two doors down from us. We had no idea.  Thinking of all of you that you may feel peace and love.

Rhonda, We all hurt from the loss of Jacob. Anytime I called, he was there to help me, I will miss his hugs, his smile and those eyes. No one knows the battle he fought, only that he really wanted to beat the odds. He will be forever loved and remembered. We will see him again and he will be smiling like never before. I pray for you to find comfort in knowing you did your best to help him.

Rhonda and the Conyers family.....my heart is heavy with sadness and sympathy for you all.  Although I haven't been in touch or seen Jacob in many years, I recall vividly how sweet, polite and rambunctious he was at my house with all the gang from the neighborhood.  God bless you all and may your pain be somehow eased in Jesus name we pray.  Love always, Lisa Casey

My heart is just so heavy with pain. I wish I could turn back time for Jacob and he would never had to know this disease. Addiction is a terrible disease to live with and I can only imagine the suffering Jacob went thru every day to try and get well, he fought the good fight until the end. God Bless you Jacob !
