Jackie Murray was one of the kindest people on the planet...if he liked you. He could be fiercely protective of his loved ones and he loved all animals...both the four legged and the two legged.
I remember that he let homeless people sleep in his car with a provided blanket because as he said...it's just sitting there and they need a roof over their head.

If anyone needed anything, he would try and provide it for them. He gathered his buddies and helped me move from a 2nd floor apt, he cleaned the salon without anyone asking, he would provide pizza for all of us when we were busy. and when my grandma was laid to rest, he went with me because he just knew that I couldn't manage to do her hair. I'll always be grateful that he was my friend.
