I first met Jack 5 years ago when I moved to the Bay Area & became involved with the local branch Royal Canadian Legion. His infectious smile & sense of humour were always on display at our monthly meetings. Jack would go on to serve as Vice President & later Secretary. The family of Comrade Jack Kincaid are in the thoughts & prayers of all members of Royal Canadian Legion Branch 25.
My memories of Jack are of a kind, considerate man, willing to help with the work of the RCL in any way he could. He was always thankful for what he had, and he always had a positive attitude, making it a pleasure to spend time with him. His love for Mary was obvious. He felt he was a lucky man and I feel lucky to have known Jack. His memory will always bring a smile to my face!
Jack and Mary were very dear friends of ours. Recently we lost touch. I am heartbroken to find that Jack has passed. God speed you to your rest, dear friend--we will miss you forever!
I'm very sad to read of Jack's passing. He was a great 'big cousin'!.
Sending my condolences to all his family. Shirley
RIP Jack!
