So sorry to hear of Mr. Lancaster's death.  He was a gentleman and it was an honor to have known him.  Once when I paid him for foundation work he had done for my husband and I, he gave me $50.00 back and said you and Tom have dinner on me.  I will never forget that.  Rest in peace.
