I had the privilege of working with Hugh during my early years as an educator back in the 1980's.  Seeing his name and seeing his photograph made me smile and I turned to my wife and said, " Hugh was the nicest man and a perfect example of a gentleman.     I send my love and prayers to his family.  God Bless.    John Harding

Mr. Burruss was my 5th grade teacher at Holladay Elementary. He was a great and admired man. He will truly be missed by all who knew him.
