Sorry to hear that Mr. Howard had passed.  I worked with him at Feedmore. Have nothing but pleasant and wonderful things to say about my memories with him.  Words of encouragement and knowledge was what stuck out more about Mr. Howard.  Giving God His praise was always apart his conversations. May Mr. Howard rest in peace.  He will be missed.
