Howard and Jan were 2 of the very best neighbors !   Always kind and friendly, their caring was reflected in the prettiest garden in the neighborhood.   They appeared in a piece on NBC joyfully walking hand in hand on the beach - Godspeed Howard and much love to Jan and your family.
