Howard helped hundreds of Veterans navigate the Alaska VA.  He always had a smile and a beautiful vase of flowers in greeting patients and employees.  His sense of humor and the laughter filled the lobby of the Alaska Veterans Affairs everyday. He will be missed.

Howard was always greeting people with a friendly smile and was always willing to help others.  His commitment to the Veterans at the Alaska VA made it a little easier for them to navigate the system.  I will miss his laughter and friendship.
