I knew Neil from Longmeadow since 1970, I knew him as a super human being and friend though we met rarely. I live overseas now or I most certainly would pay my last respects to a gentleman who was a great human being.

Neil was a true friend, A great prosecutor and public defender - but even a better Judge and family man.  Will miss you buddy!  God bless.  We all will be joining you soon!
