I was a classmate of Dan's at Midtholian High School and I'm so glad that we had a chance to visit in October.  Dan was a generous person in so many ways.  Please accept my deepest sympathies at your loss.  Nancy Gallagher

My family has known Dan for about 30 years.  He provided sound legal advice and was always supportive.  On many occasions he responded quickly and kindly to a request for help.  His assistance began to our parents in the 1980s.  After their passing, he continued helping me and my siblings.  We are sad to know of his passing.  We will always be grateful to him.  Joy Loving
