The most wonderful guy! EVERYONE loved him and his extravagant, quirky, fabulous "art" down by the Salem Ferry, but he always reminded me "it's not art." -lol- He will be sorely missed because he's such a fine fellow, so very generous, and because he's a Salem Legend. (Read his passage in our book, Legendary Locals of Salem.) God bless you, Herb, you'll always be special to Salem, and certainly to me.
