Herb will he missed in the neighborhood. He was a wonderful friend and neighbor, a great example to all of love of family and a model for keeping physically and mentally fit. We will treasure our memories with him, thankful that he shared his time and thoughts with us on many subjects. He was kind and compassionate, especially towards my mom when she was unwell during her time in Virginia.
