Herb always was so positive and fun loving.  He always had a smile on his face.  Next time we go to Tio Leos we will raise our margarita glasses to toast you.  We will always have good thoughts and great memories.  Herb, we really will miss you.  We always looked forward to visiting when we came your way or you came ours.  Ralph, Donna & family
