Words cannot fill this void. Herb was a dear friend for many years. He loved his Eagles, horse racing and his family. Herb spoke of his family often. I am sure you heard his opinion on many aspects of life. He didn't mind telling you. I will take his thoughts with me for the rest of my days. My heart is with his family during this time of loss. Herb is in God's hands now and he is whole.
