I am so sorry to loose a special friend as Henry. He and I worked together on the RPD and Henry also worked for me at Safeway as an off duty Police Officer. He was a loyal and dedicated officer who always showed up on time and did his job without any problems. We made so many arrests at the location at Harrison and Grace street it seems more than the whole 3rd Prescient upsetting the top

I worked with Henry out of Richmond's 3rd Precinct in the early 80's.  Good friend and fine officer.  Could always count on him to cover your back.  We had some good times.  James P. Gilliam, Richmond Police Department (Retired)
