Penny was a great friend.  She was always ready to help others and was a joy to be around.  I first met her shortly after she passed the Virginia Bar Exam. Our friendship began immediately and remained from that point forward.  Not only was she an extremely caring person she was very smart, detailed and intuitive.  Her death will leave a hole in my life and that of many others.
