As the next door neighbor of my childhood, I fondly remember Kett as an outstandingly good, kind and present human being who was a caring and loving mother to her children, Janet and Leonard. She carried herself with a warm, dignified, and gregarious demeanor that I will always remember. My condolences to the family. Kett was a very good person who shall be missed.

Kett was my father's (Louis Diaz) step-sister but he just thought of her as his sister. I heard many tales of Kett as they grew up and I have a few photos of my dad and uncles and their wives at Kett's house in Rodeo, I think.  My Aunt Doris (Diaz Cuevas) was greatly grieved hearing of Ketts passing as was my Uncle Al Diaz(Legs). They loved Kett as their sister. We all send our condolences

My mother, Josephine Cuevas, Kett's step-sister wishes to say, We were always good friends even when we were apart. We had a good time together on a cruise and I will always remember her as a loving and good sister.
