Helen Parker always inspired awe in those of us who knew her.  An amazing golfer, she is the only woman I know personally who actually shot a hole in one. As a teenager being shuttled to the Edison Club in her Mustang convertible, I knew she was a force to be reckoned with. The bond she formed later in life with my own children will always be a cherished memory. Rest in peace, dear Helen.
