To the family of Hattie B. Young my heart was saddened by the news of her passing. Hattie and I go back to 1974 working for the Commonwealth of Virginia at Southside Va. Training Center prior to her moving to Ga. when B &and W relocated with Mitchell Dean (as she called him) and her babies Erica, Little Mitch and Makita who I helped name. As you know she loved family. Rest on dear friend
