You were my mentor, my advisor, and my friend. Through every chapter of my life, you were a constant—steady, wise, and full of quiet strength. You shaped who I am, not just with your words, but with your example.  I carry your voice with me, and I will do my best to live in a way that honors everything you taught me. Thank you for everything, Dad. I love you always. Tim

Hal loved his family, made us laugh, and lit up every room. Grateful for the legacy he leaves—especially the family I married into and our three kids who loved their Grampy. Rest easy, Hal.

Brent and I are Hal's cousin by marriage.  We remember meeting Hal at our house in Holliston.  He and our cousin Ann were getting married.  They were so happy.  He fit right in,   Throughout the years, we have followed their travels and watched their children grow into caring adults, a wonderful tribute to Hal and Ann.

I worked with Hal on and off for the last 44 years, I considered him a mentor and a good friend. Kathy worked for Hal at S&W Toronto. Over the years we have shared some great times with both Hal and Ann. A loyal friend, no pushover and fair to a fault Hal loved his family and rarely missed the Friday plane home when the kids were young. May the wind be always at your back, slán go deo.

I worked for Hal on several projects over the years. Hal was an effective leader and had a no-nonsense way of bringing out the best in the people working for him. My wife and I knew Hal and Ann outside of work and Hal’s family meant everything to him. Rest in peace Hal.

I worked for Hal for several years in the 80s and we formed a lasting friendship. He was  great mentor and friend and I'll miss him. One of a kind. It was a privilege to know him.
