Having worked with Gus on the law review at Marshall-Wythe and at Kaufman, Oberndorfer and Spainhour, I feel very privileged to have known him and had him as a mentor during those times. He was a brilliant lawyer and a man of great integrity and character and a devoted family man who will be missed by all who had the good fortune of knowing him. RIP, Kostas Jerry Franklin
