Gloria's  loss  leaves  many  dance friends  and students  who  all loved her  happy to  have known her.
She will be missed  by all.  

Gloria inspired me as a dancer and encouraged me as a teacher.  Her care for her students beyond dance was so evident.  We will deeply miss her.

My dear Gloria,
She and my mother Nancie Berridge danced together and knew eachother for over 40 years.They taught and danced at Los Gatos Academy of Dance a long time ago. My mother, a professional ballet dancer, and Gloria were inspirations for me in dance. I always loved Gloria, and will hold her memory close to my heart.

Saturday, February 19, 2022, will mark the six year anniversary of Gloria's passing.  Gloria was such a inspiration to me. I met her in college, where I took my first ballet class from her.  I fell in love with ballet all over again and began my journey of dance with Gloria.  I eventually went on pointe and then started teaching for her.  I will always treasure my journey with Gloria!.  

Long gone but definitely not forgotten, Gloria was one of my favorite college teachers, having wanted to return to dance from the age of five. She was a bundle of unending joy in a tiny package, so encouraging and inspirational. She would share her amazing stories that made artistic dreams come to vivid, technicolor life!
