I am so saddened to hear of Glenn's passing. I worked with him for years at Hankins & Anderson/Mason & Hanger. Glenn was everything you could hope for in a coworker - friendly and fun, yet always hard-working and conscientious. I looked forward to working with him on projects. Love and light to Glenn's family and friends.
Throughout my life many good people have passed which will always be infuriating. Not because of the reality of life having and expiration date; but because most of those folks were deeply kind, honest, caring, real people. Glen Rose was one of those guys.
As he lounged on the beach, I hope he was relaxed in knowing his knowledge and experience had been rightfully handed down all who worked under his guidance. He was quietly stern in his belief of how it should be designed, presented, installed and managed. He made many impressions that will be practiced and applied in the careers all who were lucky enough to work with him. To know him and understand his motives should never be forgotten; Instead, practiced.
Rest well my friend. Stay in touch if you are able. Guide my feeble hands in making the same good sound engineering decisions you lived by and shared. You will be missed by the entire industry. I assure you that is a fact my friend.
So sorry to hear of Glenn’s passing! I worked with him for many years at Hankins & Anderson and always looked forward to greeting him each morning. He was the kindest man with a gentle soul. Condolences to his family. RIP Glenn!
