This memorial was created in memory of our amazing, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Geraldine Helen (Gertie) Miller, 94, born on August 31st, 1927 who left this earthly plane September 24th 2021. We will remember her forever! She was amazing!!

I still feel your presence, and hear the sound of your voice. Many times each day I think of sharing something with you, or asking you about the past or the simple name of a flower. I miss you deeply. You were my link to the past, and a thread through my life experiences.

Today I took a hike, and photographed some flowers you would have loved. I didn’t know what they were, and I thought “Mom would probably know these!” Who can I turn to? ??
You were my best friend for 50 years . . no words can express the loss that I am feeling. My life will never be the same without you in it, I miss you so much.
Grandma Gerrie Was a beautiful person who loved her family very deeply and was loved by many in return I am very blessed to have known her through my sister Gretchen, her daughter-in-law
Oh, how I still miss my beloved grandmother! Today we have a longer drive home ahead of us and our routine would be to just call Grandma to simply catch up during the ride. No particular agenda or talk that needed to happen. Just simple loving connection and the flow of good conversation. Moments like these bring pain and reminders of what is missing,AND a deep appreciation for what we had
