Thank you so much to Tom for all that he did for me. I will miss him. I've posted some photos from his UMaine days.

I was shocked and saddened to hear the news of Professor Taylor's passing. Professor Taylor was a great teacher and mentor and will be dearly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time.
Dr Taylor was my teaher while I was a student of MPA in 2003-2005. I learned many things from him, especially urabn plannning. He was kind enough to write a recommendation letter for my PhD program. He was a kind and a fine gentelman and a true teacher. I met him again in 2010, where I took one picture of him, which Dr Ball has provided in FB. May his soul rest in peace. Ameen!
Just recently learned of the passing of Tom. Tom was my professor, colleague, and Department Chairman. In all three capacities he was always kind, courteous, and a concerned individual. He will be missed. Rest in peace, Tom.
My condolences to Dr. Taylor's wife and family. So very sorry for your loss. Please know that a little bit of Professor Taylor lives on in so many of us that he instructed and mentored while at the University of Maine. I know that I'm a better person, both personally and professionally, for having known him.
We are so sorry for your loss.
