Brad,
I was so sorry to hear about your Dad’s passing.  My relationship with your Dad went back many years to my original hire date with Longs Drug Stores.  He was part of my original interview process at the downtown San Leandro store.
After being promoted from the store to Pharmacy Auditor at the GO, I would run into your Dad many times in the office or on the road.  I will never forget the time I got on a plane at San Francisco Airport and the seat I was assigned was right next to your Dad!  We were bound for Anchorage.  Your Dad really took me under his wing as that was my first trip up there.  He made sure I was included in all the dinners and functions that he was attending.  The Dad in him really came out!
My Dad passed away on October 29, 2006 and I found it a little ironic that your Dad passed on the same day.  Two remarkable fathers, husbands, grandfathers and men.
