Mrs. Kelly is as fine a person as I have had the pleasure of knowing. Kind, caring - just name all the good attributes a person can have and that describes Mrs. Kelly. Also, she was a wonderful mother to a great bunch of kids whom I have thankfully known throughout my life. She is with God and her wonderful husband, Bill,
