Gary Reich passed away at the age of 66 after a short illness in Watsonville, Ca.
A lifelong resident of Santa Cruz County, he had many friends and acquaintances.
Gary was a handyman whose varied talents in all things mechanical was well-known to many people along the Central Coast. Gary's hobby was model trains, where he would attend many model train shows all over the western United States whenever possible. He will be sorely missed by many.
Although I did not know Gary well , I would see him from time to time at Santa Cruz bible church. We had short conversations . He would come to have Tuesday night weekly dinners. This is how I met him. Gary was most pleasant and loved to visit and be around people. I do not know of any of his family members or if he had siblings. Im sad to hear of his passing.
