I knew Gale as my Q.A. supervisor at Kwikset in the mid 70's. He was one of the nicest people I have known in my lifetime, always with a smile on his face and an encouraging word; and as a boss, fairer than most. Even though it has literally been decades, I occasionally think of him and what a good person he was.
