I have a story.  Fritz began his lending career in Patterson, CA working in a Farm Credit office that I managed.  He was a single guy in a small farming town.  Not much to do.  He volunteered to assist my wife and I in painting the interior of our recently purchased home.  We paid him with a dinner every night at our local restaurant called the Master Chef.
