Mr. Miller was a wonderful cello teacher for our daughter Sophie Meltzer for many years.  She adored him and his gentle, kind and loving way.  Sophie looked forward to her lessons each week and her time with Mr. Miller.  The lessons were something like one part teaching and two parts talking.  Fred was always patient and one could sense how much they enjoyed each other.  A wonderful man.
