This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Frederick Kao, 66, born on January 23rd, 1954 and passed away on July 9th, 2020. We will remember him forever.
Fred Kao was a great friend to the Gabriel and Montgomery families. He was introduced to our family by my late brother-in-law Bruce Montgomery. Fred was lighthearted, quick to laugh and always eager to help. Years ago, he introduced us to the Oakland Rite Care Childhood Language Center and helped arrange free speech therapy for my son Patrick who called him Uncle Fred. As a construction expert, he used his building skills on numerous projects for me and our extended family. While he leaves us much too soon, hopefully the memory of his kind spirit will be everlasting.
