I knew Fred well as an appraiser. I was honored to serve with him on the board of the Monterey Bay Chapter Appraisal Institute. Fred was a wonderful person and we referred work back and forth.  I trusted him, his quality of work and his work ethic. Rest In Peace  Fred. You will be remembered forever.
