I am so sad to hear of Frank’s passing. He was a very unique,special & engaging man and a role model & inspiration to students & parents alike. Frank was an amazing teacher who really understood kids and built a fun, loving and respectful community at Clarke Middle School. I will forever remember him dancing gleefully to Rock Lobster, always the first one on the dance floor! A rea mentsch!
