Sending prayers to Frank's family & friends.  I went to school with Frank back at Washington Ele, Bancroft Jr. and San Leandro High. I'll always remember in 7th grade, Mrs. Arigie's class, Frank let me wear his gray sweater outside as it was colder than usual in SL that day.  It would be the early 70's before I would see him again. He was missed at our class reunions. RIP Frank.
