I worked with Frances at the SSA offices in E San Jose & Campbell. Her positive personality & sense of humor were a joy. When I was 1st married she gave me some great advice. One evening she gave a dinner party  for some of her lady friends. I felt honored to be invited & experience the hospitality of her family & delicious food. It was a pleasure to know her & work with her.
