I am very, very sad to hear Francis passed away.  I have many wonderful memories of Francis when I was growing up and spending time at the house.  Francis was always generous and happy.  He certainly brightened my life.  I'll always have love for you Francis.

I have known the family all my life and worked with Francis at JWB. Francis was always there for me and a awesome friend. I remember growing up feeling like his family was part of ours and not neighbors. Francis you will always be in my heart and deeply missed. Till we meet again love you. Gloria-Jean Hughes Closi

Frank and I were lifelong friends. His warmth of character and his beautiful voice in our choir will be greatly missed. May perpetual light shine upon him. Gene Gruner

God bless Francis! What an awesome man. My daughters would come home from school and say that Francis stopped in the hallway and sang Happy Birthday to them. So special. The voice of an angel.  Rest easy, Cuz.

I sang in the choir at St. Joseph's for many years with Frank.  I always looked forward to his singing "The Birthday of A King" each year at Midnight Mass. I bet they needed a bass in the heavenly choir and God picked Frank, or maybe He needed a conductor!  RIP Frank!  You have won the race!  Love and prayers, Jean Steuding
