Memorial Tributes
I knew him as Frank and met him when I was hired as an associate engineer assigned to the Washington DC office in Rosslyn Va in 1972. I remember him as a welcoming compassionate man who was always willing to find a few minutes to discuss personal or business issues. His leadership developed BBN Washington into an important office for the corporation. I regarded him as a good friend.
