When I interviewed for an Intern School Psychologist position with Antioch Unified in September of 1973, I was fortunate enough to be interviewed by Fran Frey. He hired me for the position and was my supervisor. He was a wonderful educator and human being. He always had time to answer my many questions and taught me many valuable lessons. I will always have a soft spot in my heart for him.
