Sending love and light to the family of Frances Tucker (Nicola, Russell and Harry). Growing up with Frances as a secondary mother was anything but boring. She was one of the first people I knew to be open to alternative spiritual thought (beyond standard religion). She inspired growth and taught me to be aware of the importance of individuality.
Frances had a bright smile and a wry sense of humor. She experienced some turbulent times in mid-life, but found her smile again later in life. I'm glad I got to share some laughs with her. RIP, mom.
Frances and I met through an ecumenical study group and always enjoyed discussions on religion and science. We remained friends for over fifty years going to work shops, parties, and taking trips together. We certainly had enjoying, stimulating and interesting times. Rest in peace dear friend.
