I worked with Fran for close to 30 years and she was a great lady. She worked hard every day and had a passion to help both the adults and youth who came to the career center. She often worked
evenings to  be sure kids were able to get their summer job started on time. She made a difference in many people's lives all while being a positive nice person. God bless her. Mike McQuaid
