My mother-in-law for 19+ years; loving mother to Kevin, grandmother to her grandchildren,Katie, Lauren & Michael; & great grandchildren, Austin, Asher, Jonnalyn & Scout. She was an only child, & loved to be surrounded by family. I understand her far more now, than I did when I was young. I can imagine Evelyn is making lefsa for Ed right now. I'm sure it is the best lefsa in heaven....
