Evelyn was the best and most kind hearted person.  Whenever you were called to the Commissioner's office she was the first smiling face you saw.  She always had a kind word and lots of patience. She was also the most professional person and did her job well.  

Cousin Evelyn was always the.most soft spoken,loving,sweet and always smiling.  She will truly be missed.  She is now a beautiful angel smiling and looking over us.  May God continue to bless her family.  Love and miss you.  Audrey Willamson

Evelyn worked with me during my time at the Virginia Employment Commission and was always cheerful, organized and hard working. She was a pleasure to be around and will be missed by everyone who knew her. My condolences to her family. Rest in peace Evelyn.
