I am so sorry that Eugenia has passed. I did not know that she was ill and do not know how she died. She was one of my favorite people, and we met in jazzercise. She was a sweet, wonderful person.
Eugenia was my sister Maria's godmother, and a close family member after we all moved from Detroit to California. Eugenia was always upbeat, finding ways to see the best in people. She has left a beautiful family, fond memories and an example of how to live -- even at the end. We will miss her.

Dearest Eugenia--we have loved you as Ted's cousin, Maria's nouna and Julia and Eleni's auntie. Above all else, we have loved you as our friend, gentle soul, and companion/hostess for the last 30 years of Thanksgivings, Christmas's, and Greek Easters, as well as some Greek festivals and Cypriot picnics. You are a 5 star, A+ woman.
Eugenia was a wonderful person, full of grace and beauty. A true and thoughtful friend. She will be so very missed. My deepest condolences to all of her family and friends, especially to George, Krissy, and Julie. The service and reception were lovely today. I think she would have been very happy to see so many family and friends gathered together and sharing happy memories together.
Happy Birthday Eugenia! Missing you and thinking of you often. Laura and I would be taking you out to lunch.
Happy Birthday Eugenia! Still think of you often.
Another year passed. I still think about calling you to set up a lunch or dinner date for that split second. Eventually we will meet up once again. Hugs and kisses in heaven.
