Dear Dr. Burbidge's family,
I have known Dr. Burbidge for many years as a fellow MD and just wanted you to know that he was universally respected and was truly a good human being. My patients all appreciated his care. My condolences, he will be missed by many.

Dr. Burbige was my doctor for over ten years. I was shocked and saddened by his passing. He was not only an excellent doctor but he also had a way of calming me before a procedure when I would tell him I was very nervous. He would tell me he was going to give me some "very nervous" medicine and he would see me when I woke up. I will miss him as will so many.
